We would like to know how important is for the restaurant community the TV Menu Installation Process:
Please share with us what would you like a Digital Menu Company to do when is time to get the menus done.
From design to implementation.
We are exploring this now. We'd love for an integration to involve up to date menu information. Example, if we 86 something in the square menu it shows as sold out on the menu.
We'd love for this to apply to modifiers as well.
We'd love to be able to do seasonal changes with different menu sections featured - so we can easily highlight a category.

Sounds like a plan!
We love to our tv menus to be a direct link with our Square menu including most popular, sold out items, specials, etc. Seamless updates would be great along with easy to change promotions and marketing
That could be a possibility, We will learn more about square integrations to see if is possible to connect their system with our database. :D!
I agree with you about the sold out items. I have yet to find a company that can make me be able to click a button and have my tv menus show sold out.
I just stumbled across this topic. I’m about two weeks away from testing this idea with a MustHaveMenus and Square integration.
Is anyone here currently using these two platforms together and if so, what has been your experience?

I run a bar in the uk and would love this - having a direct link between my favourites (which are all my draught products) would save me so much time and give me more control over how they are displayed. Please do this soon
First off, I’d love to be able to find a good digital menu company. Not only a company that can do this that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, but being in the BBQ business we sell out quite a bit and I cannot find any company that allows me to mark an item as sold out.
I feel like that would be an amazing feature to include.
I use PiSignage - a little more technical but cheap and full featured and runs on Raspberry Pi's. I then design my menu boards on Google Slides and show that slide in presentation mode on each of the separate menu boards - about 8 of them.
Thanks for all your help, with your answers we improved the customer experience on digital menus, and we want to keep listening to your suggestions.
We would like to see who would like to try our system improved, please feel free to leave me a comment if interested.
We currently use a standard TV screen, and a cheap laptop for specials and things we are out of, and big posters for Menu's. I'd love to move to Digital screens, as the TV is clunky, and printing is costly.
I guess for me budget is the first deciding factor, everything else I have seen has been cost prohibitive. Then it would need to be simplicity, as staff have enough things to have to remember training wise. Either a link in to Square, or an easy way to list items we are out of.
Also the ability to use screens for videos or other things, for our off season, when we have a smaller menu.
Guys, we currently have working in our new trial version of the software via your answers. We will provide free 30-day trial to all of you. The software works worldwide so if you are in another country, you more than welcome.
