Our customers often search by ISBN to locate books on our Square Online website. Previously typing this in the search on our website would bring up the item if we had entered the ISBN as SKU or GTIN on the item. Now, customers cannot bring up the item if they search with an ISBN, even if this has also been available separately within the item description. Square's own help has suggested changes to the search function have degraded our customer experience. Will this option be reinstated?
