Receipt Printing Font Size

Hi! I may be overlooking something, but is there a way to change the font size on printed receipts? I went into the POS settings, selected Printers, then opened the printer profile, but I don't see any option to adjust the font size. Am I looking in the wrong place, or is this not currently supported?

Hey @sacredheart926, this should be available as part of volume 6 features. Let me double-check with the team here to make sure it has been rolled out fully!

The team confirmed that the feature should be available. When you are on your POS, if you go to Settings > Hardware > Printer > Select Printer Station > Receipt, do you see an option for Font at all?

If you are not seeing it, if you could share with us:

• A video of the flow to show what you are seeing
• Confirm the person or team member who is trying to set this up (is it yourself or someone on your team?)

@tranguyen So the only thing I can think of is that it doesn't work for Square Register? I can get you a screen shot if it is supported on Square Register.

It should definitely be on for Square Register as well! If you could share a video that show from the steps you take from opening up the Register's settings to going to Hardware > Printer > Select Printer Station > Receipt, that'd be best. The team want to make sure they have a clear understanding of the path you are taking to so they can reproduce the issue on their end @sacredheart926 !

I believe this may be a new feature which has just been released and should be available now. I can confirm that it is on the Square. Register.
