So clients who book appointments get reminders the day before, one hour before etc.
But why isn’t there options for vendors to turn on alerts in the iOS app so there’s either a default 30min alarm/alert before an upcoming appointment?
Im adhd and I like many am terrible at dates and times and remembering appointments, at appointment I concentrate 100% on my service - I feel I’m being penalised by not getting an ics file of which I can do what I want with. I no motive to open a google account and pay extra as this is yet more noise for an ND brain.
I love every other aspect of Appointments - it’s amazing for my clients, it’s just this one thing that is so frustrating not to be able to either sync to my calendar or use the Appointment calendar for work and personal but for that I NEED reminder alerts.
