Loan offer

I have been with square for 10 years, I have used square loans everytime. I am 79% paid back and still not have received one yet, when we typically get one by now. We even signed up for the Amex they offered last year. Square just tells you they can’t change anything or share to much insight bc it’s “unique”. I realize there is other avenues I can go down for a loan, but square offers are easy and convenient. Any insight on hope? I could really use an offer asap

Been with square for about 6 years. We paid off the 10th loan with was around 20k in early June. Our revenue has doubled year after year. And just like you , would receive loan offers during every loan before pay off, usually between 50-60%. Suddenly we can’t see the eligibility factors screen and no new loan offers. We’ve had several problems with square (feel free to check out my posts that got zero responses) for context. I’m glad we kept our relationship with stripe. Have slowly started moving everything over. And Stripe lets you know before you receive official offer what the amount is going to be. Way more transparent!
