When you list a service in the Appointments app and you add additional VARIATIONS, you are not able to see which one was booked. This is really horrible! Our practitioners have been seeing only the initial service but none of the variations. For example, We added:
FACIAL TREATMENT
- (variation) FACIAL TREATMENT + PEEL
- (variation) FACIAL TREATMENT + PEEL + LIGHT THERAPY
What happens is, the practitioner is in LIST view of their upcoming appointments and they only see "FACIAL TREATMENT". So even though we add the variations, no one can see them until checkout. So the session is over and the practitioner is checking them out and then they see that the client wanted a variation and now the practitioner has to adjust the treatment cost without the variation thereby losing $$. It is to much for practitioners to now have to look at their appointment and go try to check it out in order to see what is actually booked.
