So mad at the moment as I was told today by online chat via the square help line that there it is a bug in the system and they had elevated it to the engineers to fix it. What a heap of crap. I have just found out that this issue was brought to squares attention in 2021 and it still has not been fixed.even after numerous requests to do so. This question was raised and now been archived and nothing has changed. We have spent months setting up a new website with square and now it’s useless because we can’t print out the orders with a full description of what the customer has ordered.
@gidgeesmith I give up. I read your post three times and still have no clue what "IT" is. What is "this issue" with the modifier set name? What was archived? Do you have a link to what was archived? As a fellow seller who uses modifiers constantly -- even modifier sets with tons of options in them -- I have no clue what possible bug you are referring to. Any chance you can quit being so outraged and actually give us good information so that we might be able to help you as your fellow sellers?
