In the POS Hardware, I go to add an item, fill out the required fields, and when I go to save, it says network timeout error. If I click ok, it takes me back to the full time list, but the new items isn't saved. If I click try again, it says item saved, but is nowhere to be found in the full item list. I can add through the website on my laptop just fine.
Okay so we just went to our POS and manually added an item and filled out all the things! It added in just fine and I could find it and add it where I wanted.
Have you hard restarted your system recently? We have had to do that when we've had weird situations that have come up like this.
