Help us selling online with square! New interface is very hard for online sellers

I have been complaining for a number of years now that square isn't a place primarily for online shops. That's fair. It's been designed for small brick-n-mortar stores. But, since square offers online channels, I'm using it. It's less hassle than other platforms but also harder to operate as an online seller. Shipping charge settings now are no where to find in the new interface. I resulted in searching after trying many places. If square wants to grow this part of its business, it should dedicate some resources to make an online seller portal where everything such as order, shipping, transactions, shipping charge settings, etc. are ALL under one roof. Right now, it's a nightmare to navigate. It breaks any type of work flow you may have got used to. This will only get worse the more they change the interface because a consistent online-seller interface is probably never a topic for devs. It'll be so easy if devs just try out a few online portals and see how they work flow is and create a simple portal that links all existing features in a flattened interface, not click 3 layers of menus just to see your online order, which was the only thing I want to see.

Hey @liudr - Really appreciate you sharing this feedback. It really does help, and want you know that we do get it in front of the folks who work on Square Online. Hearing from people who are actually in there every day selling online gives a lot of context around what’s smooth and what’s not. We can’t get into specifics about changes or what’s coming next, but we do want you to know this kind of experience doesn’t get brushed off or ignored.
