Thank you @square for adding add-ons to services in Appointments. It has really streamlined our online booking and decreased the number of miscellaneous services making in-person booking quicker as well!
Since we have added the feature (8/27/26), I have noticed a couple things that my business would benefit from if added to this feature.
1) Seeing the add-ons at a glance from our calendar. Love that the add-ons now include extra time, but often times my team will not see that an add-on has been added to the appointment. Hoping in the future add-ons can be displayed like booking multiple services.
2) Add-ons that are technician specific. We offer nail art with our manicures but all techs are capable of different levels of nail art. I'd like clients to select a nail art add-on and only be shown availabilities with specific techs.
The first suggestion would be the most urgent! Since our team is missing important information about services. 2nd has a work-around but would be such a nice add if possible!
