Since the dashboard has been updated, there is an error with the low stock alert set up.
When you have an item you no longer want a stock alert for, your only option to turn this off is effectively deleting the item or downloaded a list of all items and then manually editing each one in a spreadsheet and then to reupload.
I’ve reached out to customer services and they go by a list of things which don’t work and then just stop communicating. I’m not the only user who is experiencing this (as seen in multiple other posts). When will square fix this bug?
