Want to edit "order will be ready for pick up" in store email

It seems this feature has come and gone a few times, but here we are again. We need the ability to edit store confirmation emails. There is no way to change the "your order will be ready for pick up" in the body of the email after a customer purchases a digital item from me. This is confusing for the customer. I was told by customer success that the feature was removed from the Emails and Text alerts. Can you add it back?

Did you ever get any information on this? I've found so much conflicting information and a ton of extremely outdated information but no one seems to have anything that's remotely helpful...
