Updating recurring appointments without changing past appointments.

There's a specific reason I chose not to embrace Square Appointments Subscriptions or the Google Calendar Sync functions.

I want to be able to use only ONE Calendar for my business's appointments without having to updated things.

I need a calendar that accurately reflects when clients scheduled appointments.

I have some clients that move there "standing or repeat" appointments to a different day and/or time throughout the year.

Whenever I update a repeating appointment on the Square Appointments Schedule, it updates the entire series, even the past appointments, and now all of those appointments no longer accurately reflect when the client actually received the service.

Since Square has fielded the Appointments App, I'd love if it can actually function more like a Calendar App.

I ended up returning to my Google Calendar and had to "fix" / reenter some of the appointments from the past so that they accurately reflect when clients received services, once I discontinued using the "sync" function as well.

Can that be modified so that doesn't happen somehow?
