Subscriptions-customers in-store pickup

I have a brick-and-mortar store AND an online store. I have customers that are local and want to take advantage of my monthly subscription but don't want to/or need to pay for shipping (because they are local and can walk in and get their subscription item)

I need the feature option for in-store pickup AND subscription. Currently, in-store pickup can only do a one-time purchase so I am missing out on valuable auto-renew subscriptions because people want to set up their subscription once and come get it every month.

I need this feature option. I have called. I have made requests here in this seller community. I never hear back from anyone that my request has been read, considered, and action will be taken.

Am I just writing into the void here?! HELLO! Is anybody out there?
