I would like to request the feature to take a deposit at the register for Items that need to be order at an in person sale as well as a layaway option.

This would be a great feature to have since Invoices is a workaround only problem is it doesn't group it with the orders when you do that. We do a lot of custom orders in store and would love to see this feature be pushed sooner then later. I use to have retail lightspeed and they had this feature which was very useful when placing orders.
I would also love to see a layaway feature, some of our higher dollar items may sell sooner if this option is available instead of being hit all at once. I have spoken to support and suggested they send this to update team too.
