Restrict Coupons by Location or Site

We currently operate 4 restaurants that utilize Square for Restaurants Plus and provide Online Ordering via Square Online. We have certain discounts at different restaurants. For example, at one location we offer an Employee Discount of 50% any day, but not at other locations. Currently, any coupon created in Square Online is usable at any Square Online site for any location. This means that as people learn about these limitations, they can start to abuse coupons by using them where they should not be valid. We need to be able to restrict coupons to either individual fulfillment locations or individual Square Online sites. It would be further useful to restrict coupons by items or item categories for Square Online. This is a very necessary feature that is available on most competitor POS systems that offer Online Ordering, such as Revel and Toast.

Hello @nsilvialafrance I am sorry you are having issues with coupons, I can certainly see the frustration and need to get this resolved. To be honest I am not certain you can restrict the code by location but I am asking our team. @MayaP I submitted this as a feature request on ideate specifically because this is not currently something we are able to do, but need to. I am aware that this does not work currently, so that is why it was submitted as a feature request. Restaurants need to be able to restrict coupons used online. We do not want a coupon valid for 50% at one place to work at another, but Square Online is currently too limited in functionality to allow for this.
