Restaurant group pre-order

As a customer I want to be able to place and pay for an order as part of a group for delivery, pick-up or dine-in.

As a cafe/restaurant owner I want to be able to offer future group bookings where they pre-order their meals and the order is organised under one booking so we can manage stock ordering and food preparation efficiently. I should be able to share a link or code that groups orders.

Currently customers can individually order online, but they only have the option for scheduling pickup or delivery, but they currently don't have an option for dine-in. There is an option for someone to start an order and share the link so a group can order, but that doesn't allow individuals to pay separately.
