Real-Time Check View - Scroll Animation Slows Order Entry

The short scrolling animation every time you move between modifier groups, makes the UI feel noticeably slower. Seems minor, and maybe it's just psychological, but regardless, it frustrates the our team's ordering process.

The previous interface would snap directly to the next modifier group, making it feel fast and responsive. Even if it's only a small delay, it adds up over hundreds of orders and makes the workflow feel like we're trudging through mud, where before our fingers could fly through the modifier groups.

After using Real-Time Check View for several days, our team found that the new scroll animation between modifier groups slows down our workflow.

Recommendation / Possible Solution
An option to reduce or disable the scroll animation, or make transitions feel more immediate, would help restore the speed of the previous workflow. This could be a configurable setting.

Hi @dripdropcafe

Thanks for the feedback.

Are you finding the animations slow on your Square Register?

Hi @svanbrunt, thanks for the reply! the animation is smooth, but for our lightning-finger team, it makes the UI overall feel a little slower, even if the animation takes only like 1/4 second. The previous layout just felt snappier because there were no animations switching between modifier groups.
