Option to REMOVE provincial taxes on select items

In Canada we have different tax rates for different items. For example, most items are (5%+8%) 13% in Ontario, while books are only 5%.

Currently, the only way to accomplish this is to set the 5% as standard, and then manually add each new item to the 8% pile.

Since the vast majority of items (99%+) need both, the software should allow for both taxes to be included by default and then manually de-select the 8% for books. This will help prevent accidental missing taxes on items.

Currently, the software does not allow for this, but it seems like a very easy fix.
