Merchant Note inside each oder

There needs to be a way to record notes inside each order.  Very frequently, a customer contacts you to clarify what they forgot, or were unable to request (thanks to Google and Apple Pay insta-submitting before they are able to complete their order - this should be addressed by a "review before submitting" panel). Merchants need a way to record additional information inside of each order.
