Limit Loyalty Points Redemptions per Transaction

It is great that a points redemption page is now being displayed to customers. What would be helpful is to have the ability to limit the number of redemptions that can be used per purchase.

For a small business, if a customer redeems multiple sets of points in a transaction, it can negatively impact revenue for the day.

Please add an option in the dashboard to allow the business to restrict the number of redemptions allowed per transaction (or per day). Thank you.

I’ve changed the status of this feature request to “Open.” You provided an excellent assessment of the potential business use/need for something like this on our platform from a seller’s perspective. This is a valuable tool for our Product Team to use as they build the future of our products. Agreed. It shouldn't even be allowed to redeem more than one reward at a time! 

I've never been to a business that would allow me to redeem multiple rewards at the same time. 

And with Square loyalty since we spin the screen around and you've put the customer in charge or redemptions, we don't even have the opportunity to limit these redemptions! 

Last night we had someone redeem 6 at one time!!! That's a $36 redemption in one transaction. It was a big order that held up my line and earned us nothing! 

Please add this feature immediately, or just go ahead and make one redemption per day the max. That's the norm in the industry anyway.

Please add this feature as requested!  This make perfect sense. This is one reason we don’t show the customer the screen.
