I own a Handyman Business and I absolutely LOVE using Square to create Estimate and Invoicing for my clients.
I feel a tad frustrated that when I'm in the process of creating a new Estimate or Invoice, under the new "line item" area, when I'm typing in services or projects requested by my clients, whenever there is something new, it will automatically prompt and ask if you would like to "create a new library item", which is wonderful, except I don't use "library Items" I use "library Services"
I really love the option to create new "items" right in the moment, especially when they will be Services I will utilize again and again.
I just wish there was a way to change the Default from "items" to "services" so that I don't have go into Add Services separately and create the new service, or go into the Item Library and convert all the new "Items" into services.
I hope this make sense what I'm talking about and suggesting
