Instant File Download Upon Sale - Digital Products

I have a large amount of digital files that I like to sell in PDF, DWG, and SVG format. Right now I'm forced to sell them on Esty instead of my Square site since Etsy does an auto download to the buyer upon sale. 

When will Square.Online have this ability!? I'd much rather not use Etsy. 

To be clear... My customers would purchase a digital item that would contain batches of 2-5 files (a PDF/DWG/SVG for the same item) .

Writing this in here as well as on the original thread. I have the same interest in offering instant digital downloads (PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG) through my square site so I can migrate away from etsy. Thanks!

It's ABSURD that Square doesn't have this feature yet. It should have been built in years ago. We are seriously considering ditching Square because they haven't taken their users requests for this VERY IN DEMAND feature seriously.

Well, here we are! We made a feature request, like you said. We've commented on it to show our interest, like you said. Yet no-one from Square responds for weeks or months at a time?

Please add the features that we actually want instead of rearranging the POS layout again (why is "reports" no longer a main menu button but is now hidden in the hamburger menu?)
