Feature request: Remember last-selected POS menu per device (not per team member)

Business: Reformation Brewery (Square for Restaurants, Quick service), Woodstock Taproom location. We run several POS menus on one Square location (Woodstock Menu, Workshop, Study, Container, Cocktail Tent) so reporting stays clean for each taproom.

Today the POS remembers the last menu each team member used. If bartender A leaves a register on the Cocktail Tent menu and signs out, bartender B (who last used Workshop) signs in and the register jumps back to Workshop. We need the opposite: the last menu selected on that device should stay until someone changes it, no matter who signs in next.

We won't create extra locations just to pin menus, because that breaks location reporting. Modes have checkout, security and add-on settings but no menu setting. Time-based menu hours help when menus follow the clock, but they don't cover station menus that are all available at the same time, or an early or late switch we want to stay on that iPad.

Ask: add a setting on the Mode or the device, such as "Remember selected menu per device," or a "Default menu for this device" that staff can change on the device and that stays in place across team-member sign-ins.
