There needs to be a way to constructively limit and tailor the permissions that each employee receives around being able to interact with the schedule. An owner should have the ability to create a set of permissions that would allow them to have it set to where an employee could only 'view' their schedule, but not make any changes to their book, and go from there. At very minimum, the ability to block personal events on their books should be a feature that can be turned on/off per employee. Without this ability, the schedule and blocking time off can become harder because anyone has the ability to just go onto their book and block it off without approval.
