Unlike delivery services like UberEats and Doordash, there is no option to adjust pickup times of an order placed through Square Online in the Square POS app. As the link suggests, this can be done through the dashboard but that is very impractical. I do not give staff access to the dashboard and we dont keep a full computer running just for this. We use tablets in the kitchen and at the counter. Its not even available in the official Square Register.
