Customize "Customer Notes" when using Payment Links

Customize "Customer Notes" when using Payment Links
When the "Customer Notes" are enabled with the Payment Link, the label reads "Add a note for the seller."
My feature request is the ability to customize what the label says.
Example: "Add your case #", "Add your license number," etc.
