Our restaurant locations are quick-service and do not have public-facing phone numbers. When we get an online pickup order, the confirmation email and the order-ready email that the customer gets from Square both say "Call us or reply to this email if you have any questions." I worry that customers will get frustrated when there is no phone number or option to call, and it will result in bad experiences. Please make the order confirmation and order-ready emails customizable! Thank you.
