Please allow more options for online orders, like having a busy option.

We are still a bit confused how this hasn't been implemented.

A feature to put, "busy" please add 10 minutes to prep time, etc etc would save a lot of issues.

Hey there @The7onWalnut.. Are you using the legacy Square Online website store, or the new Ordering Profile that restaurants can use to create/maintain ordering apps via CashApp?  If you are using the latter, when you go to your ordering profile, there is a prep time option at the top.

To build off what @TheRealChipA said, there is a way to add times to the online site right now.

 

On your device: go to the Orders section then click the button with the three dots on the top of the screen. On this screen you can do an emergency pause right away, or if you tap Websites you can enable a Busy Mode where the prep time is increased by 15 minutes. You then determine when things can go back to normal. You can also change the overall prep time here as well.

 

I do wish we had a little more granular control on times on this screen, so I’m giving your request a +1 so the dev team can see the use cases.
