Customizable and Specific Appintment Start Times

As a solo nail technician, I would love the ability to set specific appointment start times for online booking (such as 11 AM, 2 PM, and 5 PM) rather than allowing clients to book at any available time.

My services vary in duration depending on the service selected, nail length, and nail art. When clients book at times like 12:30 PM, it can create gaps in my schedule that prevent me from accommodating additional appointments and maximizing my limited working days.

I’ve explored other booking platforms, such as Nailzy, that already offer this type of scheduling flexibility. However, I currently use Square for all of my payments and business transactions, and I would strongly prefer to keep everything within one platform rather than having to switch.

I’d like Square to allow businesses to establish preferred appointment start times while automatically accounting for the duration of the selected service and existing appointments. This would give business owners more control over their schedules, reduce gaps between appointments, and make it possible to accommodate more clients without extending working hours.

Without this functionality, I may eventually have to move my booking system to another platform, even though I would prefer to continue using Square.
