As I continue to put backup plans in place to be able to run my shop during future outages, one thing I’m missing is the ability to lookup customer loyalty status so that they can redeem rewards if available. This is a request for a report and CSV to assist me in that endeavor.
What I envision is a report with every loyalty customer listed and that includes everything I’d ever want to know about that customer’s loyalty status — current points balance, reward(s) available, tier status, etc. Obviously this report would not only be good for an extraordinary circumstance like an outage but it would be very useful for other loyalty analysis.
