Customer Loyalty CSV/Report

Greetings,

 

As I continue to put backup plans in place to be able to run my shop during future outages, one thing I’m missing is the ability to lookup customer loyalty status so that they can redeem rewards if available.  This is a request for a report and CSV to assist me in that endeavor.  

 

What I envision is a report with every loyalty customer listed and that includes everything I’d ever want to know about that customer’s loyalty status — current points balance, reward(s) available, tier status, etc.  Obviously this report would not only be good for an extraordinary circumstance like an outage but it would be very useful for other loyalty analysis.

I agree with @TheRealChipA. One aspect of Square Loyalty that is nice is that it just works and we don't have to think about it much. And this has created a group of customers who shop often because of it. As a seller, it is important for us to further analyze the data, determine what is working and what can be improved, and take appropriate actions based on it. And as mentioned, backup backup backup. Hope for the best, plan for the worst.
