BRING BACK Open Ticket to Invoice

We hope that with hundreds and hundreds of posts here and elsewhere demanding that the feature of converting an open ticket to an invoice be added back !!!  This is a terrible change - work arounds are time consuming - and affect bookkkeeping and inventory.  PLEASE BRING IT BACK !

PLEASE BRING THIS BACK!  If I could change any one thing about Square, this would be it.  We run a cafe.  Sometimes people do big orders, and we need to print a ticket for the kitchen, but the customer needs us to send them an online invoice.
