B2B Wholesale Ordering Portal

I'd like to request for a B2B/wholesale portal where I can restrict a portion of my catalog + pricing only to approved wholesale customers. They can then log into the portal and order directly from there.

I completely agree that either a portal or dynamic pricing based on a customer login would be a GREAT addition to the Square Online environment.

In the meantime, you can always create a second location specifically for your wholesale business and put that whole website behind a password. That's the way I have my business configured right now.

A lot of folks end up piecing together this kind of setup with gated URLs and customer groups, but it’d be way smoother if Square built it natively. I’ve seen some people look at resources like https://www.b2b.blackfriday/ just to stay in the loop on tools that might fill gaps while waiting on features like this. A built‑in portal with restricted pricing would take a load off for anyone juggling wholesale orders.

I wanted to share that I finally found a great solution for the B2B/wholesale portal I was looking for called Crate (cratehq.ai). It allows me to give approved wholesale customers their own branded portal where they can see restricted pricing and order directly from my catalog. The integration is seamless because it syncs my Square items automatically and sends new orders straight into my POS. Compared to the expensive and messy workarounds I previously considered, this is much more affordable and only took about 15 minutes to set up.
