Auto-gratuity --> Tip Split

There needs to be a toggle so we can enable auto-gratuity to be included in tip split pools so our employees can get these tips distributed to them.  I understand that auto-gratuity is already taxed, and not worried about that.  We will still pay the taxes we collect on our side.  

There is no way to automatically pay out these auto-gratuity dollars we take in therefore don't use the feature.

In the meantime, you might check out the TipHaus App that can handle most tip pool, share, tips outs, and even service charges.  The cool part is you set the details and then step back leaving all the details to the staff so that you and managers are arms length from the process insulating you from potential wage & hour liabilitiy.  They also allow you to pay out tips daily (electronically) while still declaring them all on payroll with a pay cycle true up.  Your managers no longer have to be daily cash bankers for shift tip-outs.
