Allow clients to cancel but not reschedule appointments
We have a one week cancellation policy. We do not currently allow clients to reschedule their own appointments (this is for a fixed recurring weekly session so would not be appropriate).
We would like to allow clients to cancel their own sessions before this cut off, but not reschedule.
Are you able to offer a separate process for these functions to enable/disabler each separately?
