Accept Bank Transfer or PayID for online store

Hi,

In Australia our government has just made it illegal to pass on card surcharges, leading to a lot of businesses offering alternate ways to pay. As an online-only store at the moment, I have no other option than card payments. 

I think it would be great to allow online store payments to include bank transfer or PayID - where people can do their order, then it is set as pending or something until the money has been received and it is marked as paid. This would ensure the stock is held and allocated to them so it doesn't sell out in the meantime and there's no double handling. It is an option on Shopify - would be great to have it here too so I don't have to swap over.
