Ability to Edit Questions During Appointment

I'd love for there to be a way to edit the questions that are asked of customers when booking appointments. I have several corporate clients who have various employees book appointments. It'd be nice to add the question "Company Name" so that I can keep it all together for invoicing purposes. I'd also love the option to add other questions specific to my business or even specific to the service that's being requested. If someone books Service A then Question Set A should be filled out by the customer. If someone books Service B then Question Set B should be filled out. 

 

Due to the nature of my business, there's a lot of back and forth that goes on right now before I can even accept the appointment because I need more information from the customer to know if I can even help them.

Agreed! I would like the ability to add optional questions and mandatory questions when booking appointments. For example, when a new customer calls and books an appointment with us, I would like a mandatory field that says "how did you hear about us?" This forces the person who took the call to fill out that field and hopefully ask the customer that question.
