Hello, We are interested in using Square for our gift shop, but I cannot figure out how to speak to someone there. It seems that Square expects you to just create and account and start using the product?
We would like to have a salesperson consult with us to make sure everything we need could be handled with the solution, and what would be the hardware options best suited for us.
Does anyone have a recommendation for how to get someone on a phone call?

Thanks, Kristen - I've filled out that form a half dozen times and nobody has contacted me (or if they have, haven't left a message). Maybe I'll just keep filling it out every day or two until I get a bite.
😬 oof - that's definitely not a great experience, but I appreciate you letting us know. I'm not familiar with sales processes, but I wonder if maybe it's something as simple as verifying your Square account or bank account. Again, just guessing here and you may have already done those things. But I was thinking of actions that might help sales determine that a contact is actually a human and not a bot or spam.
@jimwolff have you tried calling the (800) 470-1673 sales number? Maybe that would be speedier, but I'll keep poking around and figure out how to get you helped, too. Thank you for your patience!
