My goals for 2022 is to fully protect my business at all costs. That means patent my brand and make sure I have NDA's on board. I often have a lot of good business ideas and concepts that are freely shared amongst many. I also am looking forward to more connections with people and doing more shoots and pop-ups. If anything, definitely total expansion across the board including new products.

I've been working on the same things. Got my trademarks in place, one more in the works. Then the push starts.

I am an esthetician and massage therapist,  I am looking to increase my net income 20% by reaching more clients.  I plan to do this with a referral based program and increasing my online presence.  I want to focus on my brand and my esthetic part of my business.

Great question...This year I'm going to focus on getting my online store to make at least half of what I do in-store.  I also want to start a men's line....

This is a great way to make money while not relying on clients for services.  Men's like is a great idea as well!

I'm trying to break into a 7-figure revenue year this year of 2022. I broke 6-figures this past year, but Jack Ma said that when things are going well is when you should attempt creative changes, but when things are not going well, I should not try to deploy new ideas, until I have addressed the underlying problems.

To get my website functioning. I've been having issues connecting Square to my website. It seems ridiculous to me that the only platform anyone supports is WordPress.  I wrote my own website using Dreamweaver. I don't want to change over to something else. It's very frustrating.

We opened 2 new locations last year (now have 3). My goal is to quadruple this year's sales numbers. So much feels unknown.

We also want to donate 25,000 bars to domestic violence shelters (up from 9k this year).

To move to Ireland in September; pausing my hair services business and closing it down here in the U.S.
I will be able to have a business license in Ireland to operate my hair service business independently when I arrive if I choose to, so right now my goal is to inform my clients about my move, take care of them and refer them to other stylists who I think will be a good fit for them if they would like my referral (some of them might already have someone else in mind) and to continue to help them with their hair the best that I can while I am still here.

Our goal is to raise money via crowdfunding and sponsorships to help reduce the overhead of manufacturing cost. We also want to host a unique, one of a kind cycling event that will provide marketing and exposure opportunities. Lastly, we want to maximize the cycling season events and boost sales, hopefully it will lead to us doubling sales from last year.

We run a 3D ultrasound studio and also sell gender reveal items, baby items, frames, etc. directly to our customers as add-on items.   A few people have walked into our studio and loved our stuff and purchased it, and I'm sure if we start selling online, we could be very busy making these sales. We've been hesitant selling these things online just because we have been struggling to get our main business stable and profitable. Now that we're fully staffed and mostly fully booked, our next goal is to start selling these accessory items online through our website, which will help us get this additional revenue stream.

It's a whole different business model than running a physical location selling 3D ultrasound services, so it will take some learning and figuring out, but that's our goal for 2022.
