If you have the 'hold with card on file' option enabled for your deposits, and someone cancels and you go to charge their card on file but it declines, how do you handle it?  I generally message them and let them know that their card on file was declined for the cancellation fee, send them an invoice for the same amount, and tell them they won't be able to book again until it's paid.
