What do you hope to achieve with your business in the coming year?
I'm looking to expand into a new building! We've really outgrown this space but I'd like to stay in the old town neighborhood. So we walk the neighborhood every day to look for any upcoming spaces that are bigger.
Can't wait to see evey one else's goals.
Hi Doran! We share similar goals. A larger space is definitely a necessity that I wasn’t expecting to need so soon but it’s definitely time to expand.
Do a million in sales
As an independent rep for a cosmetic and skincare company, I'm looking to change the way others view my business. So I've had to come up with a multi-focus approach that will help build sales, build recruitment and also provide the flexibility to share my talent of streamlining and organizing. So far, I've already had 1 speaking engagement to share how to best utilize and organize business cards to grow your business and I'm hoping to have more.
To leave the US and close my business here and possibly reopen in Ireland.
To focus only on facials and waxing next year and take home 20k a month off my Commission !
Hello, I am new to this group. First off I am an independent cosmetologist and I just recently opened a salon in my basement. It's been a long road but I am completely legal now! Yay! I focus on children with neurosensory disorders and recently have started helping families out with other disabilities such as Cerabal Palsey and epilepsy. My goal for 2022 is to start offering services to long term patients in the children's hospital's. There is a lot of red tape to go through, so not sure it's possible. But I've gotten this far so hopefully with a wing and a prayer I can continue to offer services to other families as well.
That is amazing! You keep believing and taking small steps toward this goal. It’s yours!
I’m looking to have all of my stations rented.
Me too. How do you plan to go about this? Were are you located?
Hi I’m new to the group I’m a esthetician and Pro Mua my plans are to release a product so that I can manage my time better and not do so much physical labor
That is an entrepreneur mindset.... being a long time Esthetician, I love what I do but constantly creating ways to work smarter not harder while still tending to my amazing clients!
Hi Doran,
I currently have financial goals. I would like to combine services as package deals to ensure budget goals are met for each month in the coming year.
thanks for asking.
Packages have kept my business flowing for years but creating a budget is key! Great goal!
This is a great topic. I began thinking about 2022 in August and began writing things down in October.
1. Hunting for a larger space. I'm in salon suite and need space to grow my rev.
2. E-commerce site. I love sales, but having this site means I can earn but less physically laborious.
3. Product launch. Have a service on menu and want to create & retail one of the products that I'm using.
4. Not hiding and playing small time. "I got skillz, they're multiplying"(that's in my John Travolta from Grease voice)
Wish us all a profits on profits on moolah on moolah holiday season and 2022!

My business goals for 2022 is to make six figures and start the process of getting my own salon
my book to become a best seller!
OMG, time sure flies, I can't believe it's already 2022. I always set goals every year with a vision board that way I dont forget what are my goals for this year. Haven't made it yet but here are some goals:
1. Hiring another piercer
2. Building our new display cabinet to showcase jewelry better
3. Making a product I have been envisioning for a while for clients
4. Hopefully traveling to different conferences
LET'S GET THOSE GOALS! 💜
Keep the door open. 🙂
But honestly, I am hoping to expand my inventory and provide options to purchase my inventory online.
I'm looking to expand my business. I want to get into other avenues that will get my business name circulating to increase my revenue.
