Hi! I am currently @ 49% paid of my 8th loan with square. Typically offers have come in at around 50-60% since. I have seen a few people mentioning that they now do a soft credit pull and am wondering if this pertains to personal credit or business credit?
Appreciate you taking the time to post.
New offers are not automatically extended when a certain percentage of an existing loan is repaid, but your business may become eligible for a new offer when your existing plan is closer to being repaid. This timing helps to ensure a significant portion of a new loan can be used to reinvest in your business directly rather than repaying your existing loan balance.
Keep in mind that we canโt guarantee that another offer will be extended before or after the current plan is complete. Repaying your existing plan does not guarantee that your business will be eligible for another offer.
Donโt hesitate to contact us directly if you have further questions or concerns.
Here we go!!! 1 more down. It can take 1-3 days, depending on the day of the week and the time you received it. Just watch your dashboard; if no information is needed, it's just a tad behind. There's been a big push! Congratulations again!
๐ฉ ugh, I was hoping to see a few of you gone with new offers. Here is looking for an offer tomorrow ๐ค
Ugh, ๐ฉ I was hoping you were gone and not in a bad way hun. I was hoping for a ton of you to start clearing the board.
I am at 71% and having my biggest sales season ever! I absolutely love square and recommend it to everyone however I wish there was a quantifiable measure on when loans hit. I need a new piece of equipment, and a new loan would absolutely be a game changer at this time. If the only negative is the ambiguity of the loan process, then for me it's a win! I do thoroughly enjoy the community board as well. Many times, I have found answers to questions on other features of square I did not understand. HOWEVER -- I do wish there was an idea of when a new loan would be available if even at all. What I don't want to do is take out a third-party loan only to wake up the next day and have a new loan offer with square.
Keep pushing those cards, get the dollar amount up, and get new customers. Push hard and then see! Great job on your best year!!! ๐๐๐ Itโs hard for some of us that have been around for a while and got so used to it being 70-75% and boom, offer hit. Business has changed, and we have to keep pushing forward no matter what happens and when it happens. Good luck and hopefully soon!
Unfortunately I don't think any of that matters.
I'm at 84% with all markers in green.
You really just have to put it out of sight and mind and cross your fingers you wake up with a notification with the offer.
Will keep you guys updated.
Anyone have any news?
Agreed! Thanks for the support and advice. Already working on outside funding. Can't wait on square and I do not want to risk missing out on opportunities by waiting to upgrade.
Congratulations!!! Super happy for you! Congrats on staying busy this time of year too!
Im at 85% and nada. All GOOD stats. Really frustrating
Just to give some update and positive vibeโฆ
we received an offer today, itโs 2k less than the last loan but itโs still good amount.
76% paid off.
Consistent and busy on the weekends.
hope everyone gets some good news ..
Congrats!
Anything???
Nothing still. Tomorrow is 7 weeks paid off. Processing up 110% YTD and everything good, so card processing alone has doubled. I just don't get it.
Like I just told the one above you. Unfortunately, unfortunately, your stats are astronomical, and you are kicking it. When this happens, I take a look at other platforms, and nothing there. Lending on the whole is tight. Until outside forces start to loosen up, that plays into loans as well. Itโs not just our stats but whatโs going on outside of Square. Your past history has been excellent, and business has been great. Unfortunately, thatโs out of our control. Once you see others moving in lending, it might be a tough one. Have you reached out to them directly and actually got through to the loan department and not customer service? Two months paid off, great history, excellent numbers should or could deserve a look at. Good luck to you really.
I haven't been able to get past customer service. Now I have a dispute/charge back ($103) so I imagine that will mess things up but it's not like it was progressing anyway. In 11 years I've only ever had 4. I never win them, doesn't matter how much evidence I have.
This day and age, I am sorry to say that you are correct. I donโt know much about the process of disputing one. My comment is on the amount of people who use or abuse the system to get out of paying for their purchases. SMH. I see it every day, and itโs a shame. I know itโs not a good thing to have when trying to get an offer. Hopefully, they look at the big picture of how many over the span of time. Good luck and keep me posted, please.
Update.
Currently at 85% and no offer still
Got a really low offer today. 20k less than last one! $15k less than first. At 85% paid off and ALL GOOD. WTH? And previously I just said ok and Money was deposited immediately. This time is says 1-3 day review. Keep you posted.
yay!!! congrats! keep me posted,
It has been trending a lower and the 1-3 days is pretty standard now. My last couple if I accepted it by early afternoon it was there the next day except one took 2 days. ๐ฉ sorry about the offer but I am glad to see them going out.
Anyone have any good news?
