December 2025 Square Loans

This is my 18th loan with square, these loans have helped build my business tremendously since 2019. my lowest offer being 2100 to now paying off my highest of 38,900 - 80% paid off - always early pay off before the due date metrics.. I know the usual square verbiage "no guarantee of an offer, must be 3/4th paid for any hopes" etc.. just wondering if anyone please in similar shoes as me, has seen an offer in December yet? I desperately need this holiday boost , all metrics green and I could almost swear id have one by now .. usually I hit from lowest 54% to highest 87% but majority have been BEFORE hitting 80%... getting anxious. Anybody getting a loan recently?

Hi @Ptedwards13

Appreciate you taking the time to post.

Offers through Square Financial Services are only available for a limited time meaning offers can expire or fluctuate. We are constantly evaluating your account (even if you have an active offer). You’ll continue to see an offer for as long as you are eligible.

Sitting on "needs work" for 3 months tbh from October til now. Had a crazy summer slowed down to half the processing mid September.. Paid off 42k loan in six months. Volume pushing well over six figures, still no loan. It's been 5 weeks since payoff. I'm in the restaurant industry and I open 7 days and I opened through the holidays no days off. algorithm is super stubborn won't flip green...been thinking of switching tbh because of the volume and how disadvantage Square puts me in VS the competition. I have a onboarding call Monday well see how it goes.

Its stupid. Customer service gives the same answers. I lihave no reason to use square anymore to charge my customers. Ive been using a cheaper platform to charge cards. I dont think square understands they r hurting themselves.

I dont wanna say on here, but the fee is way cheaper. Only thing is u gotta wait 2 or 3 days to get your money. But its hundreds cheaper if your processing bills in the thousands. First word in the platform is swipe, second word is simple. F it i dont care anymore

It would be helpful when posting updates of loans offered to give everyone some basic info.  Was it higher or lower than the previous offer?  What percentage was paid?  And what industry is your business in?  I think there is so much variance by industry in relation to time of year too.  Seeing the last two posts re: offers today and seeing how different each experience was, there is valuable info to be had in my 3 questions above.

My 1st loan was 2700 only, and paid it off 100% in more than a month.
the new offer is 7900 I’ll say that because I’m busier this holiday season.
This location is a churro truck.

I have 5 locations. And the algorithm of square is so hard to figure out.

my other store is sitting on 89% right now

But no offers.

I’ve experienced 40% paid off and received an offer.

good luck to everyone
