December 2025 Square Loans

This is my 18th loan with square, these loans have helped build my business tremendously since 2019. my lowest offer being 2100 to now paying off my highest of 38,900 - 80% paid off - always early pay off before the due date metrics.. I know the usual square verbiage "no guarantee of an offer, must be 3/4th paid for any hopes" etc.. just wondering if anyone please in similar shoes as me, has seen an offer in December yet? I desperately need this holiday boost , all metrics green and I could almost swear id have one by now .. usually I hit from lowest 54% to highest 87% but majority have been BEFORE hitting 80%... getting anxious. Anybody getting a loan recently?

The “minimum payment” is the minimum amount you pay to keep your loan in good standing. Your repayment rate will continue to be applied to your daily card sales even if your minimum payment has been met. We are unable to lower or stop your repayment rate outlined in your loan agreement.

That's how it is supposed to work. The algorithm performs its daily update. If you processed a payment and are eligible for an offer, you will be notified afterwards. I usually update around 1-3 pm, and I will receive an offer from around 5-6 pm, 10 pm was my latest. Hopefully, soon! Good luck

My offers always come in after the update too. Sometimes before if payment triggers it.    Just took a big payment late this evening.   Waiting to see if it triggers a offer now that I see you have had it as late at 10pm!

HOW are you able to tell when the algorithm updates or when it last checked your acct for eligibility?, I dont see anywhere that lists that info??

I go to my dashboard, easiest for me, and hit loan. Then it will ask to visit online. Hit yes when it comes to loans. Hit full details; these are your metrics. Please scroll to the bottom of the page; it says, for example, "last updated Dec 24th at 1:58 pm." I am sorry, I don't know if you are not seeing your metrics where they would be.

YEah I cant see my metrics and no one will help me that works at square still soyeah my acct is still not updating and hasnt been for quite some time Im guessing and I jeep gettinv hhe genric your not eligible right now reply but I find that hard to believe after having called in and the loan people on the phone were like hmmm I cant even see whe it last updated so theres no way its being checked cause it isnt showing us any more information either **bleep** this is so frustrating that I cant get Square to resolve this or even try to man its frustrating.

Up 2.4k in sales this week from my average week, current loan sitting at 67% paid off. Ahead of the minimum 60 day payment every single time. This is always so frustrating when you know sales are good and you’re up YOY yet the offer never comes day after day when you could really use it to expand.

Been in paid off 100% for a week with a very good sales. 
I finished paying off the loan in more than a month.no charged backs or anything negative. Sales are really great. But I don’t receive any offers.. 

 

my other store is not as busy and it’s on 86 % and no offers too..

 

my other location paid off a loan since August and never received any offers again. 

 

my another location got an offer last December 1st on 81% 


Does someone here paid off a loan for a long time and never get an offer again? I asked the customer service and they don’t have any clear answer

I’m praying that a loan offer will come soon as well. I was looking forward to having inventory for my clients. I’m at 85% with fingers crossed for a new offer.

Has anyone ever made a manual payment on top of the "automatic payments" from sales, and had it take less than "10 business days" to process?  The manual payment came from my Square Balance, but still hasn't settled.  I just don't understand.

Unfortunately, unless I have missed any, I myself have not. I am sure, depending on the exact time or day of the week, there are some, but for those who come here, it is over that time. It is hard to say when you are dealing with an ACH transfer as well. Each bank or credit union processes and posts differently. The last time I paid mine off, I was 14 business days before it showed that I was fully paid off. Then I was able to get back into the algorithm. I believe it was 10-14 days after that before I received an offer. From that point, if I have any loans and know I am going to pay them off, I do about 60-70%, and I know I'm okay. That was my one-and-done with paying it off so close to the end. Federal holidays will also add another day. Sorry, I don't have the best of news, and you could always be that first time for me! I truly wish you the best and please keep us posted.
