Ways to keep track of client arrivals

Please have an option to indicate how we can mark clients late, cancelling or no-show.  Right now I can mark as no show or just cancel.  It would be nice to keep track of client's arrivals, like if they are late, have to reschedule, etc.  I worked with a salon software (SalonBiz) where you could actually create your own cancel reasons (stylist sick, child policy, etc.).  This would allow us to paint a picture by seeing their history.

This would be a really helpful feature for my business too. Our front desk can work from home some days and will have the spa phone with them. It’d be super helpful to have our clients check in to notify our technicians and also notify our front desk in case they need to call/check in with our client for their eta.

 

I could also see this being helpful for long term appointment records. We have an idea of who tends to arrive late for their appointments and try to counteract it by giving them an earlier time. It’d be nice to have someway to track people’s arrival time so we can schedule more efficiently in the future!

Hello, @LusterSalon and @essentialnails - We have gone ahead and changed the status of this feature request to “Open”. You both have provided a great assessment on the potential business use/need for something like this on our platform.
