Please have an option to indicate how we can mark clients late, cancelling or no-show. Right now I can mark as no show or just cancel. It would be nice to keep track of client's arrivals, like if they are late, have to reschedule, etc. I worked with a salon software (SalonBiz) where you could actually create your own cancel reasons (stylist sick, child policy, etc.). This would allow us to paint a picture by seeing their history.
