Upgrade Square Payroll to support Federal form 943 so agriculture users can use this feature.

I have been using Square for several years and have been following Payroll.  I am an agriculture user and currently cannot use the Payroll feature as I file form 943.  It seems like Square is missing out on a lot of users who would be interested.  Since we don't use payroll, the teams feature is not being utilized to it's potential.

Unfortunately, our Square Payroll wouldn't be a good fit for the Form 943 businesses. There is an issue with the automated tax payments that are set up when the Payroll account is created.

Second this. We’d like to move to Square Payroll but can’t as we need this form.

Also a farm hoping for support of 943 in the future. We use time cards but very cumbersome to extract data. Would love to use payroll in its full capacity.
