It would be really helpful if the text entered in the "notes" field when someone creates a shift, is visible to the employee with that shift. For instance, when I schedule a closing shift on a night we have a special event in our coffee shop, I could write in the note: "Baby Shower Upstairs from 2pm to 4pm" or perhaps "Milk delivery at 9am" or any tid bit of info that would be helpful for my employee to know.
