Remove sold out inventory

Is there a way to have sold out inventory removed from the square pos screen without deleting each item? I get different product in from time to time and if it sells out I don't want to have to delete it from the category tab and than add it back when inventory comes in.

It's an annoying problem.

Can you take out the location?
IF you can't. (This is what I did)
Create a second location. Then deactivate it.

Then all your products will have 3 options (for location)
Location a (Your actual business)
Location b (the deactivated one)
And No Location.

Does that make sense / help?

Another option would be to change the category of the items that are currently out of season or sold out.

I'm not super familiar with Square's standard POS but on the Square Register I can customize what items show up on my quick buttons.

Are you a brick and mortar? Or popup/markets type of setup? 

If you're brick and mortar I find the Square Register offers a lot of functionality for retailers and it works really well even with a lot of SKU's.
