If you go to your Square Dashboard, you should see "Team" in the left hand side. When you click on that, you'll see "Permissions" and you can curate your permission there.
I don't pay for the Teams Plus. My staff are able to see the cash drawer (so they can settle up at the end of the day) but they can't see balance or reports. They can access customers, items, and online but not invoices, team management, shifts, contracts, account settings or anything else.
